This month, Jesus and I worked on putting together a smart board. This smart board that Mr. Tobin had has not been used in years. It's just been sitting around in his old room for a few years and came to the helpdesk class room last year. This year, since we have helpdesk, Mr. Tobin decided to make use of the smart board. He asked us to fix the smart board, figure out how it works, and give it to a teacher. This smartboard came with no instructions and it is not a newer model, which made it hard to actually find information about it online. It turns out that it is a smartboard version 680, an outdated version without downloadable programs. It took a while to find the correct items we need to put the smartboard on its base. It was missing some screws, so Mr. Tobin had to buy them. We finished putting it together and we got a disk with the smart board program from another teacher. It works now and so all we have to do is give it to somebody.
